Primary Investigation
Our investigations are 100% independent and unbiased. They are based on the current recommended methodology. We ensure that after your initial contact has been made we will within a 12- 24 hour period formally reply to you or your designated representatives and where required will attend scenes to formally interview witnesses and assess the physical evidence remaining.
Laboratory / Workshop Inspection and Testing
Any items recovered from investigation sites are carefully examined for evidence of electrical faults, mechanical failures, thermal damage and other points of interest. We can also conduct ignition and combustion testing. If and when necessary, we outsource specialist examination and testing.
Secondary Investigation & Review
Where a Secondary Investigation is requested, we thoroughly review previous investigation reports, photographs, video records, witness statements and any other material provided and provide a summary report.
Reports & Outputs
We provide a comprehensive detailed written report including photos and witness statements.
